Silent hotel, courteous and sort staff. Changed our towels everyday. Security guard for the parking lot was also pretty form, as was the concierge, also. Will definitely approach on staying here next time we come to Los Angeles.

The location was perfect. I was in city for a family collecting along with the hotel was right next door. The breakfast employees was pretty accommodating the two our waitress and Jose served with almost everything we needed.

Unfortunately it is becoming overdeveloped with view blocking high rises that weren't there forty two a long time in the past (my past trip there) even so the Aloha spirit is as powerful and evident today as it absolutely was then.

Good quality hotel , nice & clear. 1.5 miles from santa monica pier area so need to have to own car or truck or use Lyft but nonetheless cheaper to stay here and buy taxis than stay nearer pier area. Friendly staff members and free essential breakfast. Comfortable queen dimensions beds
